Also the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam has said, “Whoever sincerely begs from Allah to grant him the status of Shahadah (martyrdom), Allah will raise him from among the martyrs even though he passes away on his bed (home)”. There are some weak hadiths, which say that if a person recites Surah Yasin continuously he will die as a shaheed. It will be preferable to read the aforementioned verses individually and also quietly to refrain from disturbing others who still may be in their prayers. (Musnad Ahmad, Sunan Darimi & Sunan Tirmizi) If a person recites the same solemn words in the evening, he will attain the same status. Saaiduna Maqil Ibn Yasar Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam said, “Whoever when he wakes in the morning says ‘I seek refuge with Allah against the accursed satan’ and then recited three verses from the last part of Surah Hashr, will be assigned seventy thousand angels to pray for him until the evening, and should he die that day, he would have died a martyr. However, there is a hadith which encourages us to read the last part of Surah Hashr in the morning and the evening. I have not come across any hadith, which says that the last part of Surah Hashr should be read after the Maghrib salah.
